Filipino American Youth Leadership Conference

Organized in 1996, the Filipino American Youth Leadership Conference (FAYLC) is PNDA’s youth led project organized by youth members of PNDA’s Board of Directors. College students and young professionals in the role of mentors facilitate an open and safe space where the youth participants have conversations about their identity, culture, Filipino/Filipino-American experiences, and politics with their mentors. Topics of discussion and conversation are an opportunity for students and professionals to build leadership, reflect on their intersectional identity, and community.
